Tell me about your pet
Complete the questionnaire and share your photographs, memories and ideas.

Create the artwork together
We discuss the size, visual direction, materials and amount of cremains. I guide the artistic development while your story remains at the heart of every decision.

Receive your finished artwork
Your EverHeld will be completed in two weeks. It can be collected from the Sukurusu Project Space in Berlin or carefully shipped to you.
The story behind EverHeld
My first experience of transforming a personal bond into an artwork began with my own companions.
I met my 16-year companion on a street in Turkey. She was a tiny puppy with a swollen belly. I took her to a vet, cared for her at home, and a week later returned her to the place where I had found her.
She found the way and came back in an hour.
From that moment, she chose me as her lifelong friend.
We shared countless adventures throughout my twenties. When she was five, brought a little black cat home and raised him as her own. They slept curled up together, gentle with each other despite their size difference. When our vet discovered that she was actually nursing the cat, he was astonished.
When our cat passed away at eleven, she changed. A few months later, she followed him.
I missed waking up with them so deeply that I created an artwork using plants I had collected from their graves and hung it in my bedroom. Giving their memory a physical form helped me keep their presence close.
After moving to Berlin, I began exploring cremation and the possibility of incorporating cremains into artwork. This became the beginning of EverHeld.
Today, EverHeld brings together my personal experience, my long practice with paper and natural materials, and my belief that a meaningful bond can continue to take new forms.
